From late 2021 to 2022, at GALE, I had the opportunity to contribute to creating email journeys for H&R Block, one of the largest tax preparation companies in North America.
For H&R Block, I participated in utilizing a modular system that our talented creative team had developed to enable cohesive and robust email campaigns. I was also involved in creating the first journey, where we crafted a series of emails with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness for their product, 'Spruce.' Our focus was on engaging potential customers with a high likelihood of conversion, while also leveraging the existing brand loyalty among current H&R Block customers.
